Our Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) service is designed to provide you with impartial, learner-focused support from your first enquiry through to completion and beyond.
  • Our qualified Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) practitioners take the time to understand your individual circumstances, aspirations and support needs. We can help you explore your options, identify suitable learning opportunities and plan your next steps.

  • Initial Information, Advice and Guidance: We explore your skills, knowledge and aspirations – and together we make a plan on how we can get there.
  • Eligibility Check: We check if you are eligible for any funding – we try to keep your costs down to a minimum
  • Initial Assessments and Diagnostics: This is not a test – we find out how much support you need
  • Support for you while in programme: We offer support at every stage to make sure you are getting on well with your learning
  • Progress Reviews: We check how much progress you have made and if there is anything else we can do to help
  • Learning and Additional Support: Wherever we can, we provide support to help you along
  • Exit Review and Next Steps: At the end, we check how far you have come and what your next steps are.
